You can make use of the discussion board to find help, to discuss SMW(+) related topics or to leave any feedback.
- Vorlage:LinkToHelp.
- Open the community discussion board and log into it.
- Enter your email adress in the registration details of your user control panel (this will allow you for receiving notifications of replies to your posts).
- Depending on your type of request you can select a suitable sub-forum and enter your question there:
- Questions concerning the community: Community Stuff
- Non-technical questions about how to use Vorlage:SMW+: Using SMW+, SMW and the Halo Extension in daily work
- Technical questions: Technical stuff section.
- Questions about the software development process: Contributing to the SMW+ development process.
- If you are unsure where to enter your request then just select any one - the moderators are taking care and will move your contribution to a suitable sub-forum in the discussion board.
- You can subscribe to a topic or forum by clicking on the "subscribe forum" link at the end the forum web site.
The moderator ensures that your requests or questions will be dealt with within three working days. It is important for us that you are not stuck in an issue or problem when working with SMW+. We want happy users! This is why we guarantee a response time.
If you feel that we are not taking care of your posting appropriately then drop us an email immediately and we will track down the problem!
