When one opens an article in the Advanced Annotation Mode (or the edit mode), the semantic toolbar displays a green area that is labeled as Annotation hints. It contains all suggestions from the gardening bot about the current article.
Once you correct the problems, you should restart the gardening bots again so as to update the list of issues.
