You need first to be logged-in and have WikiSysop rights.
- Go to the specialpage Special:HaloACL.
- Click Whitelist tab.
- Enter the name of your page in the input box, that is at the bottom of the page. Use the autocompletion feature.
- Finaly click Add page button.
