To enable the Factbox, please follow the following steps:
1. Open SMW settings file:
{MWFOLDER}\extensions\SemanticMediaWiki\includes\SMW_Settings.php
2. Locate configuration option.
3. Change the Factbox settings to this:
$smwgShowFactbox = SMW_FACTBOX_NONEMPTY;
