When one inserts a pdf file in a page using [[Pdf:Test.pdf]] and one clicks on the pdf file link, the overlay preview is opened.
To stop your pdf file from displaying in the overlay
1. Switch to wikitext mode
2. Insert the parameter nopreview behind the file name, e.g. [[Pdf:Test.pdf|nopreview]].
