To start this first go to the specialpage Special:HaloACL using the Administration-menu or using the list of all specialpages.
- Note: You need to be logged-in and have WikiSysop rights.
- First click on the Manage Groups tab.
- Then click Add subgroup to add the first new subgroup .
- Go on and press Edit button to create your group.
- Further click Add subgroup on same level to add the second new subgroup , this group will have a same level as the first new subgroup .
- Finally press the first new subgroup , and click Add subgroup to add a third new subgroup.
