The Context Sensitive Help (CSH) is always available except when one uses the Modern skin.
1. If you are using OntoSkin3, you should see this question mark icon on your browser Button Help.
Upon clicking it, a new window opens. This window has the corresponding CSH texts, answers and solutions to the problems.
2. If you are using any other skin, you will see the name Help instead of the question mark icon Button Help.The CSH is in this Help menu.
