To mark an edit as patrolled you should:
- Access the Special:Recentchanges page.
- On this page you will see that the changes that are not patrolled are marked with a red exclamation mark.
- Then click on the diff link next to an edit.
- To mark the edit as patrolled, click the mark as patrolled link.
