You can manage your personal semantic notifications from the special page Special:SemanticNotifications Notes:
- If you access this page as anonymous user, you will be asked to log in first, as semantic notifications are personal properties for a user.
- Semantic notifications are sent by e-mail. So please specify a valid e-mail address on your preferences page.
- Before you can use the e-mail address for notifications, you have to confirm it.
- Once all the preconditions are met, you will gain access to your semantic notification manager with all notifications you have defined.
Now, let's for example observe the list of chemical elements. To do this:
- Go to the query input box and click Show Preview.
- Now make specifications about how often you wish to receive notifications. The value is specified in days. The administrator has defined a minimum for the user groups. Note that will get an error message, if you enter a value that is below that limit.
- Finally enter a name for the notification and add it to your personal notifications. The new notification should now be seen the My notifications list.
